Rachael Lofquist Beehler
Assistants - Vet Assistant
She’s greeted visitors at RRAH since 2008 with her caring and warm ways. Rachael started out as a receptionist anc continues today as a Veterinarian Assistant at RRAH. She loves seeing all the patients and getting to know families and their pets.
Rachael loves working at RRAH and says that it is more than a medical facility. “We are a family. We care about our clients and their pets as if they were our own funny kids,” she said. “The RRAH staff work together as a team to give the best quality care the patients need and deserve. We also listen to our clients and work with them to make a plan of care that fits their pet’s needs,” she adds.
Rachael and her husband have a son, Brayden and a French bulldog, Betsy. Rachael says about Brayden and Betsy, “They are 100 percent our world." Rachael says Betsy is a constant reminder to enjoy life. “She’s my partner in crime.”
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys camping, boating, biking, dancing, taking Betsy for walks. She also volunteers for Loaves and Fishes, and does health screenings for seniors.
Rachael has extensive experience working with animals. In addition to her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, Rachael has worked for a number of veterinary clinics and with the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center.
She knew she wanted to work with animals when she was in high school. “I love working with people and animals, so working at a veterinary clinic is a win-win situation for me,” she adds.
